This is the best in San Diego county. My Sassy dog loves this place. She completed their dog obedience course. They did a great job training her. Front office staff are so over the top friendly as is the rest of the staff.

I LOVE FON JON! I was a first time dog mom, and I was super-nervous to put her in daycare all day, but they answered all my emails/phone calls throughout my dog's first day. They even posted her on their Instagram story, so I could check in and see how she was doing all day. The staff is so kind, and I can tell how much my dog loves them - her tail starts wagging, and she basically jumps into their arms when I drop her off. They also do super cute activities on the holidays (Christmas, they made my dog's paw ornament, and Valentine's Day, they made valentine's from her puppy boyfriend!), which is under-rated soooo cute and appreciated. I would recommend Fon Jon for everyone - a great way to get your active pup's energy out! Really just such a wonderful place!!!!!
Also, I have left my dog here for a few nights when I was on vacation, and she came back happy and smelling great from her bath! I'm such a huge fan. I couldn't possibly leave my dog in better hands.

It is good for being able to drop off the dog before 10 AM and have her get a nice bath, especially after having been at the beach. We have kenneled her only a couple times and she came out of it just fine.

We LOVE Fon Jon!!! We live 25 minutes away from it but we don't mind the drive, knowing that Juna is in GREAT hands. We've taken her at least 15 times for daycare and she did a long 7 night stay once when we went out of town. We loved seeing photos of her on their Instagram page. Everytime we pick her up, she is mad at us and always tries to go back inside.  On our first visit they gave us a complete your and showed us the difference in the overnight kennel options. Everyone in the office is wonderful and Rachal is an absolute rock-star. Thank you Fon Jon staff for caring for all of our 4 legged friends! You are passionate about what you do and it shows.

This review is long overdue. We've been using Fon Jon for our cat for 5 years. It's the only place she is excited to go when we leave town and she has tons of fun there. She especially likes the cat playroom, which she thinks she owns.
We just began bringing our new dog in (only for doggy daycare so far). Our dog is somewhat physically limited because of a paw injury and pretty gentle, and they took great care of her and made sure she was happy and ok!
I trust them with my fluffy children completely!

The dog training here is second to none. The staff is friendly and if you put the time in with your dog you will see HUGE results.
Another bonus is their training is very reasonably priced.

I take my dog almost everyday there for daycare. He's an Aussie so he requires a lot of energy and attention. Any time I bring him home he is tired and any time I drop him off he's excited and happy. The staff at Fon Jon is amazing.  trust them to take care of my dog efficiently. I have boarded a few times too and Milo comes home well taken care of and happy. I highly recommend this place if you want your dog to be loved and feel like he's family.

I must admit I was nervous when we were searching for a boarding facility for Wyatt (our mini australian Shepard). He likes other dogs but does enjoy one on one time and a little alone time as well. When we arranged his stay we chose the Executive Camper package.
Upon touring the facility and booking his 4 days stay we were also offered a free day of doggie day care for him to get a little experience of what it would be like.
Will definitely use the facility whenever we are going to be out of town and need a pet sitter.

We bring our dog here for boarding and for daycare whenever our work schedules keep us both out of the house all day. She loves it! Ever since the first day we brought her in, everyone has known her name and knows her on sight - when I come pick her up in the afternoon they usually have already sent someone back to get her which makes things quick. We chose Fon Jon because of the extended pick up/drop off hours, and we love that she is able to play outdoors and they share lots of photos of the dogs. It's great to pick up a tired, happy pup at the end of the day. The cherry on top is the very adorable birthday party they threw for her second birthday!

What great staff and facilities!! I was traveling to San Diego and had my 8 year old German Shepherd Dog with me and gave these guys a try.  This place was clean, friendly and fun for my dog to enjoy the day.  I would HIGHLY recommend FonJon Daycare and plan on going there anytime I'm in town!
